Church Centre
St Thomas' Church Centre is open every weekday from 9am until 3pm (12 noon on Saturdays and during the summer holidays). It adjoins the church on the south side: if you approach the church from the High Street, you need to follow St Thomas' Road round to the other side of the church.
Refreshments - tea, coffee, cold drinks, biscuits, toast and preserves - are available in the foyer (which has cafe-style seating) when the Centre is open. There is also a large selection of greetings cards on sale, a small bookstall, and a selection of Traidcraft items (fairly-traded food etc.). For a small donation visitors can use a PC to access the internet.
The Church can be visited when the Centre is open - enter through the Centre. A member of the clergy or another member of the ministry team is often available to speak to.
The Centre is manned by a team of volunteers. If you are interested in helping, or would like to enquire about booking the hall, please speak to the Centre manager, Bryan Lynn.
